Minor Medium Major

Punishments depend on the situation, severity, and your past history.

Typical escalation: Warning → Temporary Ban → Permanent Ban (if it continues).

Staff have final say and will always factor in context.

Examples

Medium Repeating the same rule break after multiple warnings.
Medium Trying to “loophole” rules for advantage instead of RP.
Major Ignoring staff instructions during a staff situation.
Major Griefing scenes to ruin RP for others.

Create a unique character with believable traits, goals, and behavior.
Actions should have meaning and fit the scene (avoid random chaos).
focuses more on using rules to win or control situations instead of creating realistic, immersive, and story-driven roleplay
This is a Semi-Serious server: have fun but keep it realistic.
Support other players’ RP — don’t treat everything like a win/lose game.

Examples

Minor Too many jokes in serious scenes with no IC reason.
Medium Doing violent actions with no escalation or story.
Medium Copying a streamer/IRL persona and refusing to develop your own.
Major During a robbery, instead of negotiating or reacting in character, the officer says, “You can’t do that, it breaks rule 5.2,” and immediately ends the scene.
Major Refusing to RP and only hunting fights/money every session.

This server is strictly 16+. No exceptions.

Examples

Major Admitting you are under 16 in Discord or in-game voice.
Major Letting a younger friend/sibling play on your account.
Medium Lying to staff when asked about your age.

No unrealistic “escape” from consequences (resetting, exploiting, etc.).
Don’t use restricted/unrealistic tools as PvP weapons.
Don’t jump into scenes you have no connection to.

Examples

Medium Pulling a gun instantly with no build-up.
Medium Third-partying robberies/chases with no IC reason.
Major Resetting (death/respawn) to avoid arrest/time.
Major Repeatedly interrupting scenes just to “farm action”.

Examples

Medium Hate speech or slurs (even in RP). Twitch prohibits hateful conduct in all contexts.
Major Full nudity or visible explicit nude mods on stream.
Major Sexual harassment, forced sexual RP, or explicit sexual content.
Medium Character names that contain slurs, sexual content, or extremist references.

Self-harm / suicide roleplay (any form)
Terrorist roleplay (any form)
Sexual harassment / forced roleplay (any form)
Erotic / explicit sexual roleplay (any form)

Examples

Major Any self-harm themed RP.
Major Bombings/mass casualty/terror threats RP.
Major Forced sexual content / harassment / threats.
Major Explicit sexual scenes in voice/text.

Do not take RP OOC. Keep it in city.
No bullying, targeting, or toxic behavior.
No racism/sexism/homophobia/political harassment/self-harm comments.

Examples

Medium OOC arguing in voice during active scenes.
Medium Targeting one player repeatedly to ruin their experience.
Major Hate speech, threats, or harassment.
Major Bringing real-life politics to bait/attack players.

Metagaming is using out-of-character information to benefit your character in-game.

External comms must be relayed IC if used (proper RP).
Do not use streams, clips, or screenshots as IC intel unless obtained in RP.
No “relative” character swaps to avoid consequences.

Examples

Medium Discord tells you location → you act on it IC.
Major Watching a live stream to track someone during a scenario.
Medium Using clips as IC proof without RP obtaining it.
Medium Switching to a “brother/sister” character to dodge consequences.

Never break character during an active scenario.
Voice chat is strictly in-character.
Use OOC chat only when needed (scuff, bug, essential info).

Examples

Minor Short OOC message to report a bug/visibility issue.
Medium Using /ooc for general chat or complaining repeatedly.
Major Shouting “THIS IS RDM” mid-scene / breaking immersion.
Medium Explaining mechanics OOC to gain advantage in RP.

Powergaming is forcing unrealistic outcomes or removing player choice without proper RP.

Do not force perma-death.
Do not abuse GTA mechanics to “win” scenes.
Do not kill compliant players for no RP reason.
Using The Plastic Surgeon To Avoid Punishment In RP is Strictly Forbidden. (Not To Be Used If Wanted By The Police)

Examples

Medium “/me takes your stuff” with no chance to respond.
Medium Abusing movement/mechanics to escape (spam rolling, etc.).
Major Forcing perma-death or character deletion.
Major Using The Plastic Surgeon to Avoid Punishment to change your Identity So Other Players Cant Identify Your Character So you can get away with it.
Major Dropping unconscious players somewhere EMS cannot access.

Do not respawn out of active RP scenes unless no RP responders can attend and there is no active RP.
No one can force you to perma-death (forcing it is powergaming).
If you choose perma-death, you must create a new and different character.

Examples

Medium Respawning while cops/EMS are actively responding.
Major Forcing someone “you must perma” as part of your RP.
Medium Perming then immediately recreating the same persona.
Major Using respawn as an escape from consequences.

Exploiting includes abusing bugs/glitches, duping, modified files, and avoiding consequences through disconnects.

Examples

Medium Using emotes to clip through doors/walls.
Major Duping items/money or exploiting repeatable glitches.
Major Mod menus, file edits, macros, aim/recoil cheats.
Major Disconnecting to avoid arrest/death (“combat logging”).

You must have proper initiation and RP reasoning before using lethal force.

Examples

Medium Starting a gunfight with no verbal escalation.
Major Killing someone for “looking at you” or bumping you.
Major Intentionally running players over to kill them (VDM).
Medium Shooting into crowds with no RP context.

“GTA driving” is not a rule, but vehicle abuse is.
No suicide ramming under any circumstances.
No stealing Police/EHS vehicles without a valid RP reason (last resort only).

Examples

Medium Repeatedly ramming vehicles to win a chase.
Major Suicide ramming to kill people.
Medium Stealing PD/EHS vehicle “because it’s fast”.
Major Using a car as a weapon without RP escalation (VDM).

No unrealistic “animal/alien” behavior that breaks realism (peds are not costumes).
No voice ID under any circumstances.
Value your life: comply when facing serious force unless you have a realistic plan.
Do not steal restricted Police/EHS equipment (non-emergency items may be allowed if your rules permit).

Examples

Medium Voice ID’ing someone and acting on it without meeting them IC.
Medium Not valuing life: pulling on 5 cops with no realistic plan.
Major Robbing restricted PD/EHS weapons/medical gear.
Major Unrealistic “creature” RP that breaks immersion.

Realistic names only (no sexual puns, unrealistic names, or political bait).
No cop-baiting or forcing interactions.
No robbing/kidnapping Law Enforcement or EMS (if your server forbids it).
No camping areas just to rob everyone.
Reports should be handled properly (don’t spam or spite report).

Examples

Minor Non-realistic name (you’ll be asked to change it).
Medium Cop-baiting: repeating small crimes at PD just to trigger chase.
Major Robbing/kidnapping EMS/LEO if forbidden by server rules.
Medium Camping a location to rob anyone who arrives.

Most reports should happen out of game via tickets. Use in-game reporting for urgent, blatant issues.

Examples

Minor Ticket missing details (staff asks for more info).
Medium Spamming reports because you lost RP.
Medium Threatening “I’ll report you” to win RP.
Major Fake reports / lying to staff to punish someone.

As a Viewer

Don’t use stream info to benefit your character.
Don’t create clips/videos to use “in character”.
Don’t provide the streamer info their character doesn’t know via chat.
Don’t hunt VODs looking for every tiny mistake to spam reports.

Examples

Medium Using stream intel to “randomly” find someone.
Major Posting live locations to help your gang.
Medium Using clips as IC evidence without RP obtaining it.

As a Streamer

Don’t ask chat for IC info (locations, cars, names).
If you use “GoPro/bodycam” systems, follow server RP rules for them.
Follow all server rules while streaming.

Examples

Medium Asking chat “where are they/what car is that?” to act IC.
Medium Using footage as IC evidence without proper RP/request.
Major Streaming prohibited content that violates platform rules.

Minimum 1 leader, maximum 2 leaders.
No real-life gang names or famous film/series gang names (TOS).
No recruiting during war lock periods.
Record when possible for proof in disputes.
Have fun — don’t be salty; this is RP.

Examples

Medium “Everyone is leader” / no leadership structure.
Major Using a real-life gang name (TOS risk).
Medium Recruiting during war lock to gain numbers.
Medium Starting wars with no RP reason just to shoot.

Leaders are responsible for members’ behavior.
Strikes/punishments apply based on repeated issues and severity.
Strikes reset after the required clean period (as per your rules).

Examples

Medium Leaders ignoring misconduct and doing nothing.
Medium Recruiting known rule breakers and enabling them.
Major Continuing gang ops during an active suspension.
Major Repeated RDM/VDM under “gang war” excuses.

No gang activity of any kind during suspension.
No gang colors/representation during suspension.
You may defend yourself if attacked, but staff will monitor closely.

Examples

Medium Wearing gang colors during suspension “because it’s my outfit”.
Major Running gang ops while suspended.
Medium Using allies to do gang actions on your behalf.
Major Bypassing suspension with alt accounts/characters.

Every gang must have a roster.
Only roster members can participate in gang activity.
Each character can only be on one roster.
Rosters lock during war until war ends.

Examples

Minor Forgetting to update roster after someone leaves (fix quickly).
Medium Letting non-roster friends join gang scenes.
Major One character on multiple rosters.
Major Recruiting during roster lock to bypass rules.

War must have a real RP reason.
Declare war in Discord at least 1 hour before the first attack.
After first attack, the other gang has 72 hours to retaliate or the war ends.
Each side may bring 1 ally gang.
Wars restricted to turf/areas defined by staff rules.

Examples

Medium Declaring war with no RP reason (“we’re bored”).
Major Attacking with no 1-hour notice.
Medium Bringing more than 1 ally gang.
Major Fighting outside allowed areas to abuse rules.

Gangs must pick an official war outfit (colors) as a uniform.
Wear colors during active war.
Uniform should be close to matching across members.
Allies wear their own colors.

Examples

Minor Slight outfit mismatch but clearly same theme (fix when possible).
Medium Not wearing colors during war for “stealth”.
Medium Allies wearing your colors instead of theirs.
Major Impersonating another gang’s colors to bait fights.

Staff decisions are final (use the proper appeal process).
Follow staff instructions immediately.
Rules may be updated to protect the server and RP quality.

Examples

Medium Arguing endlessly after staff says “final decision”.
Medium Flaming staff publicly instead of appealing properly.
Major Ignoring direct staff instructions.
Major Impersonating staff/admin.
